Isenhour Homes of Winston-Salem has won the 2005 NRS Award in Customer Satisfaction -- Best in Class, recognizing the company as the best builder in terms of customer service nationwide among builders of 50 to 99 homes annually.
The award was presented by NRS Corp., a Wisconsin-based provider of customer satisfaction research for the homebuilding industry and by Professional Builder Magazine.
"Isenhour Homes is a company that goes to great lengths to make sure their buyers are not merely satisfied, but are thoroughly delighted with their home," said Paul Cardis, CEO of NRS Corp. "An exceptional company like Isenhour Homes understands that the buyers are looking for a quality home and a delightful experience."
Isenhour, based in Winston-Salem, was the Triad's 15th largest home builder in 2004, according to Business Journal research. The company built 77 homes last year. |
