For over 20 years, K. Todd Isenhour has been among the leading builders of luxury homes in the Triad. Over the years he recognized a demand for smaller homes with high quality and sophisticated design at an affordable price. He responded to this need by creating an organization dedicated to building semi-custom homes that would incorporate the quality, standards and high-end customer interface that are hallmarks of his luxury home company. In early 2003 he created Cambridge Isenhour Homes, a spin-off from his luxury homes company, K.T. Isenhour Custom Homes.

Today Cambridge Isenhour Homes is the leading provider of stylish, high-detail, low-maintenance homes to the growing empty nesters and single professional community in the Triad. The all-brick, mostly single-level patio and townhomes have set a standard for excellence in quality, design and value. With an in-house CAD design team, a Design Studio and a portfolio of exceptional plans, buyers can customize their home to meet their personal needs.

Cambridge Isenhour Homes receives the largest share of Parade of Homes Awards on a perennial basis and was recently rated highest in homeowner satisfaction for North America by the NRS Corporation* and Professional Builder Magazine as the a recipient the NRS Award in Customer Satisfaction- Best in Class--an award the company takes particular pride in because it comes from its homeowners.
